The Vidar Association received, at its headquarters in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul, a delegation of students from the Khair Ummah Institute, on a visit to an exhibition the association organized to mark the anniversary of the seventh of October, in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
The students toured the exhibition's sections, which displayed aspects of the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza and the widespread destruction and humanitarian repercussions left by the war. They also watched a visual presentation documenting scenes from the war and its effects on civilians.
The visit included interactive activities in which the students took part by writing messages of solidarity and support for the people of Gaza, along with drawings and expressions conveying meanings of steadfastness, hope and adherence to Palestinian rights.
The visit comes within the activities organized by the Vidar Association to strengthen awareness of the Palestinian cause and to keep the suffering of Gaza present in public consciousness, especially among younger generations, through awareness-raising activities and exhibitions that document the Palestinian experience and highlight the humanitarian dimensions of the war.
